Account Manager, London

As Account Manager, you will have good experience of managing a number of cultural campaigns, ideally in the museum and gallery sector either in an in-house communications team or agency, as well as the ability to develop and deliver a range of creative media campaigns for cultural projects. You will be adept at securing informed and comprehensive coverage in print, broadcast and online media, with your own network of journalists to draw on. You will be able to prioritise, quickly assimilate information, write captivating press material and sell stories to both generalist and specialist media.

You will have experience of managing several projects at the same time, juggling a varied workload and meeting demanding deadlines. You are also confident in meeting and working with a wide range of clients and journalists. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and established relationships with relevant journalists are essential.

Most importantly, you will share our passion for promoting creativity and engaging broad audiences across the arts and culture industries.

As Account Manager or Senior Account Manager*,  you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day relationship with clients and for developing and implementing communications strategies and press campaigns. Daily tasks will include tracking press coverage, creating digital clippings, maintaining databases and assisting with various administrative tasks.
