THE PARRISH ART MUSEUM ANNOUNCES 2017 MIDSUMMER PARTY HONORING AGNES GUND AND CLIFFORD ROSS

On July 15, the Parrish Art Museum will host its annual Midsummer Party, a festive social gathering of artists, art collectors, curators, philanthropists, and business leaders from the Hamptons, New York City, and beyond. In addition to dining, dancing, and a live auction of unique experiences and luxury items, guests will have the opportunity to preview the opening of the 2017 Platform exhibition, Clifford Ross: Light | Waves, and to experience the Museum's ongoing exhibitions, including John Graham: Maverick Modernist and The Permanent Collection: Materiality and Process.

This year, the Midsummer Party will honor the Museum's 2017 Platform artist Clifford Ross as well as American philanthropist, art patron, collector, and arts education advocate Agnes Gund. Past honorees have included Barbara J. Slifka, Inga Maren Otto, and Katharina Otto-Bernstein.
