  • Calum Sutton

    President & CEO

    Calum is a leading communications specialist, and has helped build prestigious global cultural brands. Prior to founding SUTTON he was Head of Communications for Charles Saatchi and the Saatchi Gallery, and worked at Tate Modern. Calum has a background in Art History with a degree from University College London followed by an MA from the Courtauld Institute of Art. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

  • Nadine Thompson

    Group COO

    Nadine’s expertise span communications, marketing, public affairs and business development and operations. After heading up Communications departments at Tate, the English National Opera and the Art Fund, Nadine was Managing Director of SUTTON in London for three years. Nadine graduated from the Courtauld Institute of Art and holds a postgraduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

  • Jennifer Joy

    Vice President & Managing Director

    Jennifer graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Journalism and specialization in Art History. She has more than twelve years of experience spearheading international communications, marketing and event strategies for the contemporary art world. Previously, Jennifer served as the Director of Communications for Lehmann Maupin and the Public Relations Manager at Pace Gallery.

  • Kristin Guiter


    Kristin joined SUTTON as Director with more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing for museums and a diverse portfolio of arts and cultural institutions. Kristin previously served as the Vice President of Communications and Marketing at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and College of Art + Design in Washington, DC, and as a consultant to the National Gallery of Art, American Alliance of Museums (AAM), Vera List Center for Art and Politics at The New School and the National Museum of Women in the Arts. She was formerly Head of Public Relations and Press U.S. for Bonhams International Auction House and managed PR at The Field Museum in Chicago. Kristin serves on the PR and Marketing Board of the American Alliance of Museums (AAM) and is active in the New York City chapter of ArtTable.

  • Noreen Ahmad


    Noreen graduated from New York University with a Masters in Visual Arts Administration and Northwestern University with a Bachelors of Science. She specializes in strategic communications, marketing, branding, and development initiatives for a range of institutional clients and cultural organizations. Previously, Noreen held key positions at Fitz & Co, LaPlaca Cohen, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and the Whitney Museum of American Art. She is also an adjunct professor at New York University and the Sotheby’s Institute.

  • Rachel Rees

    Senior Account Director

    Before joining SUTTON, Rachel spent four years in the Museum Services department at Christie’s. She has also completed internships and written for the Los Angeles Times and Women's Wear Daily. Rachel graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a dual degree in print journalism and art history. She received her MA in the History and Business of Art and Collecting from the University of Warwick.

  • Julia Lukacher

    Account Director

    Julia graduated from Vassar College with a major in Urban Studies and Photography. Prior to joining SUTTON, Julia worked at The Frick Collection, Staley-Wise Gallery, Deitch Projects and Suzanne Geiss Company, where she coordinated artist installations and performance events at LA MOCA, Art Basel Miami Beach and Art Basel. She has also held positions at Art in America and Modern Magazine.

  • Shawna Gallancy

    Account Director

    Shawna Gallancy has spent over 10 years in the art world working with renowned galleries, private clients, artists and institutions. Within this evolving and increasingly sophisticated landscape, Shawna has successfully managed public relations, marketing and social media strategies, most recently at Tanya Bonakdar Gallery where she developed and launched a bespoke communications program. Her strategic approach is guided by an in-depth awareness of key players and current trends within the contemporary art world. She has managed complex projects for artists such as Jeff Koons, consulted for Sotheby's and coordinated exhibitions with institutions such as the Whitney Museum of American Art, ICA Miami, and David Zwirner Gallery, among others. Shawna received a BA in Art History from Duke University and MA in Art History from Hunter College, CUNY.

  • Emily Alli

    Senior Account Manager

    Emily graduated cum laude from New York University with a degree in Comparative Literature and Art History. Since joining SUTTON, Emily has successfully managed large-scale press campaigns for the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, Parrish Art Museum and Pace, David Kordansky and Michael Werner galleries. Before joining SUTTON, Emily held positions at Newsweek & The Daily Beast, Collective Design Fair and most recently, Nadine Johnson & Associates, where she worked with a number of leading international artists, galleries and cultural institutions.  

  • Hannah Gompertz

    Senior Account Manager

    Hannah joined SUTTON New York from the London office in 2016. She has managed campaigns for a number of leading international art fairs, galleries and institutions including the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, Dia Art Foundation, Untitled, Art, the Zabludowicz Collection, Sean Kelly Gallery, Almine Rech Gallery and Chisenhale Gallery, amongst others. Before joining the SUTTON team, Hannah completed internships at the Whitechapel Gallery and at an arts PR agency. She graduated from University College London with a BA in History of Art and Material Studies.

  • Jill Robinson

    Account Manager

    Jill implements press campaigns for a mixture of global and U.S.-based gallery, museum and corporate clients, including Pace Gallery (New York and Palo Alto), Audemars Piguet, Japan Society Gallery and The New School’s Vera List Center for Art and Politics. Before SUTTON, Jill worked at a PR agency in London delivering campaigns for clients such as Marian Goodman Gallery and Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio and worked on programming cultural, place-making events for districts across London, including King’s Cross, Greenwich Peninsula and White City. Jill graduated with a BA, First Class Honors, in History of Art from the University of Leeds, England.

  • Zoe Fortin

    Digital Account Executive

    Since joining the SUTTON team in 2015, Zoe has worked on media campaigns for a wide range of projects. She has been spearheading social media for the New York office, as well as digital initiatives such as Facebook Lives and Instameets for commercial and institutional clients. Zoe holds a degree in Law and Art History from La Sorbonne, Paris, and a Master’s Degree in Art History/Museum Studies from New York University. She grew up in Paris and Athens and has completed internships at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Gagosian Gallery and The Hole NYC.
