Royal Academy of Arts
The Royal Academy of Arts is one of the Nation’s treasures. It occupies a unique position in being an independent, privately funded institution led by eminent artists and architects. Its purpose is to promote the creation, enjoyment and appreciation of the visual arts through exhibitions, education and debate.
In 2012, the Royal Academy will present a major David Hockney exhibition as well as a major upgrade of its Friends facilities with the redevelopment of the Keeper’s House.
Sutton PR have delivered a number of campaigns for the RA including full service marketing, media relations and stakeholder management campaigns for their 2009 and 2010 GSK Contemporary Seasons. We are currently working with the RA on communications strategy for the RA Friends scheme, the largest such organization in Europe and the 3rd largest in the world.
