The Museum of Contemporary Art, Australia plays a pivotal role in setting Australia’s artistic agenda and creating a tangible link between artists and audiences. The internationally renowned Museum reopened on 29 March 2012 following a $53m expansion.

The re-development has increased the Museum’s total size by almost fifty per cent, building three spacious new galleries and a complete refurbishment of existing facilities. The new MCA houses an entire floor dedicated to the MCA Collection, offering a major national resource for education and interpretative programs.

Sutton PR is working alongside the MCA PR team, offering expert advice in targeting and securing coverage in the international broadsheet, arts and consumer media. Activity has also included international engagement events and a press trip, which took place in the MCA Australia opening week.
